OH DEAR. OUR DEVELOPER’S CAUSED A SPOT OF BOTHER…

What may have started out as a well-intentioned bid to put The Stig’s Digital Cousin into The Sandbox has not gone well… Our developer’s had a bit of a nightmare, because their attempt at adding him into our experience has been about as successful as an amphibious car.
Now there’s various defective versions of The Stig on the loose, who we’ve dubbed The Gits, causing chaos and running rampant across The Stigverse. So, it’s probably a good idea if you help restore order and round up The Gits. After all, how hard can it be?

EVERYTHING HAD BEEN GOING SURPRISINGLY WELL…

The Top Gear Crew were working day and night to translate the high-octane thrills, spills and quite frankly absurd engineering feats of the iconic show into an amazing digital amusement park, packed to the rafters with automotive excitement.
But all that hard work has come a bit unstuck after our developer was caught not paying much attention (he had ONE job!), and somehow missed the big ERROR message on the screen.

The Gits are now gleefully running riot across the The Stigverse and the Top Gear Crew’s cunning plan to regain control and contain the motoring mayhem? Well, it’s you.
You must take charge, restore calm, and round up the escapees across five fun-filled zones. Start planning your pursuit of The Gits on this handy map and let’s ensure that, just like an armour-plated pick-up truck, everything in The Sandbox is as secure as it is fun!

The Stage

It’s absolute car-nage. What should be a calm, orderly place has become a disaster zone, thanks to The Gits. The likes of Glitchy Git and Half-A-Git are terrorising Mr Nippy, bouncing up and down on the Overtaker and causing a huge kerfuffle. Can anyone stop this madness?

All-Terrain

This is where nature collides with four-wheeled fun! Normally, you’d be basking in the glory of iconic vehicles but not today. Trak-Tor’s been dismantled by The Gits and a Non-Conformist Git has rudely commandeered the Sports Train. Good luck…

The Mountain

Brave the elements and conquer new heights to join Husky Rhodes and his trusty sleigh-dogs at the summit. Enjoy the views and spot the Inflatable Car (though admittedly, it’s seen better days). On your descent, race against a rally car on a slippery slalom!

The Lake

The Lake is overflowing with legendary aquatic vehicles we all know and love, like Toyboata and the Amphibious Herald. Here’s your chance to see them for yourself and marvel at the fact they’re still afloat. You’ll need your wits about you to find the hidden entrance to the Aerial Zone.

The Aerial Zone

Here, cars take to the skies, and so do The Gits. Armed with jetpacks, drones and rockets, the Aerial Gits are causing airborne mayhem. Check out Bungee Car and Rocket Robin, then use The Drop to access The Scrapyard and track down the source of all this chaos!

The Scrapyard

Visitors aren’t usually allowed in here, and for good reason. Run the gauntlet among explosions and almost impossible parkours, while dodging the antics of Pyro-Git, Golfing Git and Strong-Armed Git. Best strap on your protective gear and brace yourself!

The Clone Lab

Welcome to the secret lair of Science Git and the remnants of his disastrous attempt at cloning The Digital Stig. It’s up to you to save The Stigverse by shutting down the Clone Machine and restoring some much-needed peace and harmony.

The Stigverse is a free-to-play experience that contains classic Top Gear highlights, including custom builds and iconic moments from the TV show – all re-imagined for The Sandbox metaverse.

Built on Blockchain technology, The Sandbox Metaverse is a virtual online gaming platform that offers a unique and immersive gaming experience.

Unfortunately, our developer has unwittingly created various defective versions of The Stig – The Gits – and they’re on the loose, causing chaos and running rampant across The Stigverse. You’ll come face-to-face with the likes of Unfortunate Git, Flamin’ Git, and the story’s main antagonist – Science Git. The Top Gear Crew are at the end of their tether, and it’s down to you to help reel in the mayhem.

Immerse yourself in a virtual Top Gear world and try to save The Stigverse! Players must take charge, restore calm, and round up the escaped Gits through challenges and quests across seven fun-filled zones inspired by themes from Top Gear episodes.

There are seven areas of Top Gear fun within the experience:

Each zone features challenges and quests, such as reconstructing the world’s fastest tractor – The Trak-Tor – to sliding down a snowy slalom in a race against a rally car, and running a daring gauntlet in a scrapyard.
